Overview

Yiyang represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigations and arbitrations across the country. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Blume Scholar, a Global Law Scholar, and president of the Asian Pacific Law Students Association. She also has an LL.M. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

After law school, Yiyang served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In addition to New York, Yiyang is licensed to practice law in China and worked in the Beijing office of an international law firm. She is fluent in Mandarin and French.
