

Nora Niedzielski-Eichner

Overview
Nora maintains a broad civil litigation practice, with substantial experience in commercial, constitutional, employment, intellectual property, and tort matters. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as AAA and FINRA arbitrations, in all phases of litigation, from pre-filing settlement of disputes and mediation through discovery, motion practice, trial, and judgment enforcement, including successful argument of multiple dispositive motions. Nora is also experienced in appeals, having filed amicus briefs in the Supreme Court and numerous circuit courts.
Nora is a graduate of Yale Law School and holds a Ph.D. in Art History from Stanford and an A.B. from the University of Chicago. She was previously associated with Debevoise & Plimpton and Clarick Gueron Reisbaum.
