Overview

Nathan Bolduc serves as a staff attorney at NWA, bringing more than a decade of experience in financial litigation, antitrust matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance, anti-corruption cases, and a broad spectrum of complex regulatory and internal investigations, including pharmaceutical litigation, with a special focus on matters related to China. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led teams of contract attorneys on diverse, high-stakes matters and has worked on several of the most high-profile and widely publicized cases of the past decade.

Nathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Calvin University and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State College of Law. He also studied Mandarin at National Taiwan University. He is fluent in Mandarin and is admitted to the District of Columbia and New Jersey State Bars.

Prior to joining NWA, Mr. Bolduc served as a staff attorney at Pallas Partners LLP for two years and before that spent six years with Covington & Burling.
