

Overview
David is a litigation generalist with broad experience in complex commercial disputes, including ERISA, bankruptcy, antitrust, qui tam, and asset-recovery and judgment-enforcement matters. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as AAA arbitrations. David's experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-filing settlement of disputes to complaint drafting, discovery, and motion practice. He has also participated in appeals in both federal and state appellate courts.
David received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and received class prizes for outstanding performance in academic and clinical coursework. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining NWA, David clerked for the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and worked as an associate at McKool Smith.
