

Overview
David is a litigation generalist who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in tribunals across the country. He has experience litigating complex, high-stakes matters involving class actions, securities, cryptocurrency, antitrust, contractual disputes, intellectual property, and constitutional law.
David graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Law Review. Before law school, David worked as an analyst at Barclays Investment Bank.
